Draft recipes
A draft is an editorial starting point. It may describe a plausible musical direction, but it has not yet earned an audio-tested label. All current artist palettes are drafts. Artist names identify a reference palette; they are not endorsements or guarantees of a particular voice or sound.
Tested examples
Before describing an example as tested, we expect an actual output, the exact prompt, the Suno model and relevant settings, a test date, and listening notes. A successful result illustrates an attempt; it does not guarantee future generations. Multiple attempts should be disclosed rather than presenting one selected take as representative.
Written guidance
Guides distinguish platform instructions from our own suggested workflows. Illustrative prompts are labeled. Dates refer to content updates, not claims of a new audio test. Platform-specific guidance links to Suno’s documentation where relevant.
Showcase publication
Features require real playable audio or a listening link, creator credit, permission to feature the work, and a description of the process. We ask creators to identify lyrics, uploaded audio, and material from others, along with editing or performances added outside Suno. Submission alone is not publication.
Claims and commercial offers
We do not use invented member counts, testimonials, popularity ranks, sales labels, or listening scores. Future products should not be presented as already available. The public builder, library, guides, and written mini-course are currently free to explore.
Music rights
Prompt quality, platform permissions, and copyright protection are separate questions. Check the current Suno rights documentation and the material used in your own project. We do not certify the legal status of an output.
